Craig Rosebraugh Under Subpoena To Appear at Ecoterroism Hearing speaking Representative Scott McInnis (Republican-Colorado) wants the US government to expand its war on terrorism to include domestic environmental and animal rights groups. In February, he will chair a House Resources subcommitee hearing on ecoterrorism, and he has issued a subpoena to Craig Rosebraugh, fomer spokesperson for the Earth Liberation Front. Rosebraugh, shown here at the SEJ convention in Portland, Oregon, resigned as ELF spokesperson in September 2001. Meanwhile, Representative Darlene Hooley, an Oregon Democrat, is proposing legislation which would create a national clearinghouse for information regarding ecoterrorists.
